Profile settings, credits, payments, coupons, and account management.
My Account page
Access your account settings from the My Account link in the top navigation bar. The page contains the following sections:
Profile Information
Update your Full Name. Your email address is shown here but cannot be changed — it's linked to the account you registered with.
Change Password
Available for email and password accounts only. Enter your current password, then your new password (minimum 8 characters) twice, and confirm.
If you signed up with Google, this section shows an information note instead — password changes are managed through your Google account.
Account Information
Shows your Member Since date, Account Type, Login Method (email or Google), and Email Verified status.
Credits
Credits can be used instead of card payment when placing Turnitin orders. 1 Credit = 1 Turnitin report. Credits never expire.
Your current credit balance is shown at the top of the Credits page, accessible via the Credits link in the navigation bar.
To purchase credits, scroll to the packages section and click Buy Credits on the package you want. After a successful payment, your balance is updated immediately.
Each package shows the price per credit and the total savings. Some packages are marked Best Value or Most Savings.
Payments
All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.
Accepted payment methods:
- Debit / credit card
- Apple Pay
You'll see the full amount before the payment window opens. If a coupon has been applied, the discounted price is shown.
Coupon codes
Coupons are applied on the order form before payment. Look for the Coupon Code field near the bottom of the form, enter your code, and click Apply. The discount is reflected immediately in the price total.
Coupons may be service-specific (Turnitin only or Editing only) and may carry an expiry date. An error message will appear if the code is invalid or expired.
Deleting your account
The Danger Zone section at the bottom of the My Account page lets you permanently delete your account. This action is irreversible.
To confirm, type DELETE into the confirmation field and click the delete button. All your orders, files, and account data will be permanently removed.
