Order Chat

Every order has a built-in chat thread. This is the fastest way to get help with anything related to a specific order — status questions, file issues, editing feedback, or deadline concerns.

The Chat button appears on every order card in your dashboard. A red badge shows unread messages. Click it to open the chat panel directly, or navigate to the order details page and scroll to the Chat section.

For editing orders, you can message both the admin and your assigned writer once the order reaches the in_progress stage. Use the recipient selector in the chat to choose who you're writing to.

Note: Order Chat is disabled once an order is closed. Use email for support on closed orders.

Live Chat

Our live chat is available on our contact page. Use it for quick questions, pricing queries, or general help before placing an order.

Live Chat is available during business hours. Outside those hours, leave a message and we'll follow up via email.

Email Support

For closed orders, billing queries, account issues, or anything that needs a written record, reach us via the contact page.

We respond within 24 hours, Monday to Sunday.

Tip: Always include your order number in the subject line so we can locate your order instantly. You'll find it on the order details page.
