Tracking Your Order
Every status explained — and what to expect at each stage.
Where to find your order status
Your order status appears in two places:
- Dashboard — a coloured badge on each order card in the list
- Order Details page — a larger status indicator at the top, along with a full activity timeline
Status updates happen in real time — no need to refresh the page.

Reviewing and accepting writer bids
When your editing order reaches available status, writers can submit bids. A Bids button with a count will appear on your dashboard order card.
Open the order details page to review each bid. Each one shows the writer's profile and an optional message. Click Accept on the bid you want — all other bids are automatically declined and the order moves to assigned.
If you'd rather not choose, you can let the admin assign a writer directly.
Requesting a revision
Once your editing order is completed, you can request a revision if you're not satisfied. Open the order details page, click Request Revision, and describe what needs to change in the text field that appears.
The order moves back to in_progress and the writer makes the requested changes before resubmitting.
Approving completed work
Once you're happy with the delivered document, open the order details page and click Approve. This closes the order and moves it to approved status. You'll then be invited to leave an optional 1–5 star review for your writer.
