Dashboard Overview
Your central hub for all orders, statuses, and actions.
Service tabs
The dashboard is divided into two tabs at the top of your order list:
Switch between tabs to view your Turnitin orders and editing orders separately. Each tab has its own search and filter controls.
Placing a new order
Use the New Order button in the top-right corner of the header (also available in the mobile menu) to open the order form. From there, select either Turnitin Reports or Editing Services.
Searching and filtering
Use the Search by Order ID field to find a specific order quickly.
Use the Filter by status dropdown to show only orders in a particular state — for example, only completed orders.
Action buttons on order cards
Each order card shows contextual buttons depending on its current status:
Downloads
Shown on completed editing orders when new files are available that you haven't viewed yet. Opens a panel with your edited document and any Turnitin reports included.
Review
Appears on approved editing orders where you haven't submitted feedback yet. Opens the review panel to rate your writer (1–5 stars) and leave optional comments.
Bids (with count)
Visible on editing orders in the available status when writers have submitted bids. The number indicates how many bids are waiting for your review.
Chat
Available on every order card. A badge shows unread message counts. Click to open the built-in chat with the admin or your assigned writer.
